Contemporary (Adv Beginner) IN-STUDIO

Class Description

This advanced beginner level class will include a blend of dynamic movement taken from modern, ballet, and jazz techniques. Ideally, 1 year of dance experience in either contemporary or ballet, (even if that experience wasn’t recent), is helpful due to the pace of class and the vocabulary used. There will be a strength-focused warm-up, across the floor exercises, and a center combination at the end. Bare feet or jazz/ballet shoes are the recommended footwear.
