Fitness classes range from no-impact, low-impact, or cardio-style and are taught by certified fitness instructors. Engage in exercises meant to strengthen your core and challenge your balance. Personal sessions are a great opportunity for clients that are working with physical therapists, whether recovering from an injury or working to correct old postural habits. Personal sessions include a combination of dance, Pilates, and somatic techniques and a kinesthetic approach to create personalized movement phrases to increase fluidity, strength, and flexibility in the body. Personal sessions can also be used for one-on-one dance instruction in a variety of dance styles.
