Class Description

This intermediate level class will include a blend of dynamic movement taken from modern, ballet, and jazz techniques. There will be a strength-focused warm-up, across the floor exercises, and a center combination at the end. Bare feet or jazz/ballet shoes are the recommended footwear.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for Personal Sessions require 24 hours notice in order to avoid being charged $15. Missed time during Group Sessions will not be refunded.
